# Reconnect your account to Sheer

> If you need to reconnect your Instagram and TikTok account to Sheer, this guide will walk you through the process. You’ll simply log in to Sheer and complete the reconnection steps.

  We do not support smartphones for this process and recommend using a computer.

## Reconnect Your Account 💻

Follow these steps to reconnect your Instagram and TikTok account to Sheer:

  <Step title="Step One">
    Open your laptop or desktop and log in to your Sheer account at [https://app.sheer.dk/settings/sheer\_user/integrations](https://app.sheer.dk/settings/sheer_user/integrations). This will take you to your integration settings.

  <Step title="Step Two">
    Once you’re logged in, you’ll see the options to reconnect your accounts to Sheer. Click the **"Connect with Instagram"** or **"Connect with TikTok"** button based on which profile you wish to reconnect. 
  </Step>

  <Step title="Step Three">
    You’ll be redirected to either Instagram or TikTok to complete the reconnection process. Log in with the account associated and accept terms and conditions.

  <Step title="Congratulations, you are now connected to Sheer again! 🎉🎉🎉">
    You should now see a green text that says "**Connected".**

## Success! You’re Reconnected ✅

Congratulations! Your Instagram and TikTok are now reconnected to Sheer. You should see a green checkmark next to your profile, indicating a successful reconnection 🎉🎉
